If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel or reschedule: please let us know as soon as possible by calling 31 79 85 55 or emailing us at woof@kibbleclub.dk at least 24 hours before your reserved time for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, we might not be able to fill that time slot so we will deduct a 100kr fee from your refund.
